The owner was running operations across a fragmented stack — Instagram DMs, Excel spreadsheets, Zoho CRM, Square POS, and three booking marketplace apps (GlossGenius, Vagaro, Booksy). I designed and built a production SaaS platform from scratch to consolidate the entire digital operation into a single system.

Replaced five fragmented tools (Square POS, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, Instagram DMs) with a single platform for a multi-vertical creative business after evaluating GlossGenius, Vagaro, and Acuity — none supported all service lines without platform fees or data lock-in.
Eliminated double-bookings with PostgreSQL advisory locks per staff member and prevented gift-card double-spend with row-level locking and CHECK constraints; isolated client data through row-level security policies across all tables.
